Cameron Dugmore Unemployment rises What are you doing to stem this?

Unemployment rate rises to 26,4%, Cameron Dugmore What are you doing to stem this? Cameron Dugmore Cameron Dugmore what are you at the National Development Plan doing to implement plans to stem the rise in unemployment? The NDP is supposed to implement actions to curb this sad state of affairs, but you seem to do nothing other than criticize the opposition party. This job has got nothing to do with politics it has to do with the people of South Africa. This you seem to have forgotten. Why have you not responded to numerous request to meet and discuss a tool that can be implemented to kick-start the job creation drive? You set a very bad example for the youth and unemployed in South Africa What a shame to Nelson Mandela who fought for freedom for all in South Africa, even the freedom of poverty. Dr Wilmot James - Why Wilmot James of the DA will not get my vote

Image
Dr Wilmot James - Why Wilmot James of the DA will not get my vote   Dr Wilmot James It is my personal opinion that Wilmot James does not have what it takes to be in leadership as he lacks fundamental qualities: My interaction with Wilmot James proved to me that he is a two- faced, volatile and an egotistical individual. Dr James did not respond to the numerous emails sent, which indicates and portrays his arrogance. Secondly, does he really care about the unemployed in our country? Tonight on TV (27 April), in order to win votes, he says that job creation is his priority. Hahahaha…. No Dr Wilmot James, I have seen right through your façade and do not believe that you are a sincere person, never mind a leader and you do not have the unemployed of South Africa at heart. Reminds me of William Shakespeare’s quote “Talkers are no good doers” --------------------------------------------------------------- The information below was sent to Mrs Helen Zille on the 18...

Government links innovators and business - moladi

Government links innovators and business Government links innovators and business Government is trying to close the gap between innovation and businesses, with the introduction of the “innovation bridge”. Tuesday marks day one of South Africa’s first “innovation bridge” in Pretoria, a Department of Science and Technology event to match-make innovators with business. While a lot of innovation and research & development (R&D) takes place in South Africa, little of this makes its way onto the market or into companies. Government, through the National Research Foundation, universities and research councils, is the major funder of R&D in the country, but often these developments stay in the laboratory, due to a lack of venture capital, difficulties faced by start-ups or industry ignorance. “The [innovation bridge], which is the first-of-its-kind in South Africa, is intended to exhibit publicly funded technology innovation and create matchmaking opportunities for technology d...
