A House a day keeps unemployment away A House a day keeps unemployment away A house a day keeps unemployment away When compiling a Project Implementing Plan (PIP) we gather all the information required to streamline the production process. Moladi construction system is capable to produce a shell per day.  The "assembly teams" are trained up and production processes are streamlined to ensure that no "bottle necks" are created in the assembly line (construction process).   The foundation team produces raft foundation or slabs at the rate required and are left to cure for seven days before the superstructure team assembles the formwork or moulds on the foundation.  The formwork is erected in four hours and filled in two.
